Woodstone Carpentry are trying to provide most efficient and diligent carpentry service, while maintaining a high quality of workmanship, in a safe manner on budget to every facet of the construction industry.
They were looking for rebranding of already existing logo and established brand. Challenge on this project was that client wasn’t interested in big changes, they already loved their logo and it was recognizable to the people, so all it needed was an updated, fresh look.
We accomplished that by changing the font style to something more modern, more fresh, but also small changes on the symbol makes the whole logo more compact, more simple and more recognizable. On these kind of projects where clients don’t want to stray too far from the existing logo it’s important to keep the logo recognizable but still improve it, in most cases it’s done by reducing the amount of detail, making it more simple but still very appealing.
End result was great, improving the brand identity, improving the usage of the logo – symbol is simplified, more compact and ready to be used as stand alone representation of the business (if necessary in specific situations).
